About Us

Already having a degree in architecture and design, Marcella wanted to start a new life in America. She didn’t speak English, so her first goal was to learn the language, then find a job. 

Things started rough. Marcella was robbed her first week here and all her money, credit cards, and even her luggage were taken. Despite that, she knew that tens of thousands of people had come to this country with much less than what she had, so she just picked herself up and kept going.

Marcella found work with a reputable contracting company in South Florida but realized very quickly that the products and services were less than excellent. There were too many shortcuts, overpricing of jobs and sloppy workmanship. These were not the values she was raised with, and she knew she could do better. Marcella thought it was time for a woman to get into the contracting field and to offer a different kind of remodeling service.  One not based on greed and taking advantage of the customer, but one based on honesty and relationships first.

Back then there weren’t any state-licensed female contractors in Florida. Marcella was told again and again that “women don’t belong in the construction industry”.  But now, she’s been providing customers the finest contracting services for over 20 years.  Our GOALS are simple – treat clients with respect and care, charge a fair price and provide the best service possible. Do an excellent job and do it right the first time – and if something goes wrong, we fix it, period. It’s really that simple.
